Condition Notes:
– Condition: 9.5/10
– Any wear of note: This pedal is extremely clean and in near mint condition! The only thing to note is the “R” in the graphic below the left footswitch has a slight imperfection (seems like an actual imperfection from the factory and not players wear). But the pedal blatantly has little to no use and, again, is in near mint condition!
– General notes: Here’s a truly incredible and powerful wah filter pedal from the fine folks at Flow Pedals! Loaded with features to make it ultra versatile and useable!
– Accessories included: Original box, bag, pick, sticker and instruction literature only.

From Flower Pedals:
Hosta Wah Filter
The Hosta is a fully analog wah filter pedal that fits on any pedalboard without needing a rocker. Three modes give you auto-wah, envelope filter, and traditional expression-controlled wah in one compact enclosure, while onboard presets and MIDI control bring modern convenience to a classic analog circuit. Whether you want hands-free funk, psychedelic sweeps, or a cocked-wah tone locked in place, the Hosta delivers all of it from a standard stompbox footprint.
Key Features
– Fully analog wah filter circuit with digital control, making every parameter preset-saveable
– Three modes: Auto Wah (LFO-driven), Fixed (expression/footswitch), and Envelope (input-responsive)
– 6 onboard presets with color-coded LED indicators
– 3.5mm MIDI in/thru with integrated optocoupler (no converter box needed)
– Expression pedal input for real-time control of any parameter
– Tap tempo with selectable divisions for Auto mode
– Multiple ramping modes for evolving, dynamic sounds
– Compact stompbox enclosure that fits where a traditional wah never could
———-
Auto Mode
In Auto mode, an internal LFO drives the wah filter with continuously variable waveform shapes, adjustable speed (syncable to tap tempo), and three ramping options. Momentary ramping lets you hold the footswitch to sweep to a second speed; Latch toggles between speeds with a tap; and Drift automatically varies the speed up and down for organic, evolving textures. You also get secondary controls for tap division, ramp speed, secondary speed, and drift depth and speed.
Fixed Mode
Fixed mode turns the Hosta into a traditional wah when you connect an expression pedal, or lets you use the footswitch to ramp the wah position with adjustable speed. Set the ramp to Latch for toe-to-heel toggling, or Up/Down for momentary sweeps that return to their starting point when you release. This mode also excels at dialing in a static cocked-wah tone. Just set the frequency where you want it and leave it.
Envelope Mode
Envelope mode responds to your playing dynamics, with adjustable sensitivity, attack, and release controls. Lower sensitivity for hot pickups, raise it for single coils. Shape the response curve with attack and release to get everything from sharp, funky quacks to slow, vowel-like sweeps. The ramp switch lets you set whether the envelope pushes the filter up or down.
Expression & Presets
Connect an expression pedal and the Hosta goes beyond simple wah control. In Auto or Envelope modes, set independent heel and toe positions for every parameter, then glide between those settings with your foot. A copy function lets you duplicate settings from toe to heel (or vice versa) as a starting point, so you only need to tweak what you want to change. All expression mappings, tap tempo settings, and parameter positions save to any of the 6 presets.
