Music Lessons for Kids & Beginners

If you are considering formal music lessons for your child, you’ve come to the right place. Learning to play an instrument is incredibly fun, but it also builds vital life skills. Our instructors specialize in creating a supportive environment that helps kids build self-esteem, confidence, and discipline, teaching them firsthand that hard work brings real rewards.

Learn from Boston’s Best (Berklee Graduates)

We know that being a phenomenal player doesn’t automatically make someone a great teacher. That’s why we are incredibly careful about who we hire. Many of our instructors are Berklee College of Music graduates and active, gigging musicians who record and perform locally. You get the benefit of real-world experience combined with proven teaching methods.

Online Video Lessons (Skype & Zoom)

Can’t make it to the shop? Take your lessons from the comfort of home!

• Standard Online Lessons: We also offer exceptional online instruction with our instructor, Brian, bringing the Matt’s Music experience right to your screen.
